Here are few pictures of our trip around the lake this summer. Thought you would enjoy seeing them.

Interesting Story:

We were sitting on the beautiful white sand beach just north of Emerald Bay enjoying a quiet afternoon, I looked over at my kayak partner and said "Gee the last time I was here a beautiful bald eagle flew over. No sooner had I gotten the words out of my mouth when we look up above our heads and a  bald eagle fledgling slowly began to spiral into the sky. Amazing what you get when you least expect it. The next morning as we took off for Bliss State Park at 6:30am we encountered a beautiful doe and her fawn drinking at the lake below the trail. In all my years of hiking the Tahoe Rim Trail and exploring Desolation Wilderness there have been only a few times I have spotted deer. Another treat to see on the Lake Tahoe Water Trail. Hope you enjoy them and feel free to use them in the web site.
